One of our clients approached us and asked that we consult with her team about building a comprehensive scorecard view of HR. From operations, to talent development to strategic HR planning. They had lots of data in different systems but really no way to aggregate and see a 360 view of human captial measures across business lines.
Our solution was to devise a 'four pillar' view of HR including strategic measures, workforce demographics, talent management and HR operations. We then developed a data aggregator to pull information from many unconnected systems. Finally, we built a front-end data visualization in SAP Dashboard (aka Xcelsius) and delivered the end-to-end solution to our client.
